Help plan and organize our biggest fundraiser of the year, including promotion, prizes, and event logistics.

Opportunities are available for both a Fun Run Chair and committee members.

When: August–October
Help Needed: 1 Chair + 3–4 committee members
Commitment: Flexible

Help plan, promote, and organize our annual Trunk or Treat, including coordinating candy donations and event logistics.

When: August–October

Help Needed: 2–3 volunteers

Commitment: Approximately 3–4 hours + event support

Help organize and promote the Read-a-Thon, coordinate prizes, and support the event.

When: January–February

Help Needed: 1–3 volunteers

Commitment: Flexible

Help plan and coordinate Bingo Night, including prizes, raffles, volunteers, and event logistics.

Opportunities are available for an Event Lead and committee members.

Help Needed: 1 Event Lead + approximately 4 committee members
Commitment: Flexible + event night

Coordinate fundraising nights with local restaurants and businesses and help create promotional materials.

When: Throughout the year

Commitment: Approximately 1–3 hours per event

Coordinate Sandymount family nights with Players Fun Zone and/or Red Barn Ranch.

When: Approximately twice per year
