Sandymount PTA - Fun Run 2026

What is the FUN RUN?

Only the FUNNEST day of the school year — and Sandymount PTA’s biggest fundraiser!

The best part? There’s nothing to sell. 🎉

Funds raised through the Fun Run help the PTA provide activities, programs, resources, classroom support, and so much more for Sandymount students and staff throughout the school year.

Our 2026 school-wide goal is $45,000!

Every dollar raised goes directly back into supporting our Sandymount community.

Student Goals & Prizes

Fundraising is even more fun when there are prizes involved!

Students can earn individual prizes as they reach fundraising milestones, and students, classrooms, grades, and teachers all have opportunities to earn rewards throughout the Fun Run.

Each student is encouraged to raise at least $50, but every registration, donation, and share helps us move closer to our school-wide goal.

Students who raise $350 will also earn an entry into our mystery-prize drawing!

Check out the Fun Run flyer sent home for this year's complete prize and incentive details.

Where Does the Money Go?

Right back to Sandymount!

Fun Run fundraising has helped provide thousands of dollars in resources and experiences for our students and staff.

Funds have supported things like:

1. Classroom resources
2. Educational subscriptions & curriculum
3. Technology
4. Assemblies & enrichment
5. Playground & recess equipment
6. Special-area support
7. Teacher & staff support
8. School-wide needs

And that's only part of what PTA fundraising has made possible.

Just imagine what we can do for Sandymount this year!

Then Comes the FUN!

After all that fundraising, it's time to celebrate!

On Fun Run Day, students get dressed head to toe in their class colors and hit the course with their classmates for one of the most exciting days of the school year.
